Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over $10.00 within 3 miles of our home location. The charge for this is $5.00 For orders under $10.00, do not have the option for local delivery.

Deliveries are made every Saturday in the am. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Should you need your order sooner, please contact Nickole.

In-store/Porch pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. While placing your order in the discounts box please use the code PICKUP. After placing your order your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 


International Shipping

We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

You can track your order via messenger if you signed up for it at checkout. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do NOT ship to PO BOXES.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email within 3 days of receiving your order at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
