What do you sell?

Brave Bow Company currently sells fabric hair bows. We will be adding fabric wraps soon.

Is it on a clip or nylon?

You get to choose that when you are ordering! Piggies can also be on nylons

Do you sell headwraps?

I will be adding those in the week or so.

Do you have more colors available?

Currently everything on the website is what is available. As the business grows I do plan to get a full solid color range that is always available for you. You can keep up with all the insider news on the our VIP Facebook Page

How do I order? 

You can go to the SHOP NOW tab at the top and add to cart. From there you will check out just like any other store you online shop with.

My bow came untied, what do I do?

Step 1: Do not freak out!! Email me, facebook message me, and let me know! I will figure this out with you. This seldom happens unless it is done on purpose by a parent or older child. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed and then shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped a confirmation will be sent, if you chose a shipping method with tracking you will be provided a tracking number. You can track shipping directly that way as well :) 

Changing Address or Other Mistakes

Entered some incorrect information during checkout? Need to update the name, address, note or anything else.

Let us know what is wrong and how to change it, if the order has not shipped we will update the order.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of my hair bows I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, my ultimate goal is to have you love your hair bows as much as I love making them for you. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order if you aren't satisfied. I will work with you to ensure complete satisfaction! 

You must Contact me within: 3 days of delivery and ship items back within: 7 days of delivery. You will need to cover postage back, I will cover it back to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Email your request. Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

My item is damaged, what do I do?

Immediately reach out to me so I can make this right! 

My question is not on here, what do I do?
